Eyeliner Tips For Every Woman

If you know how to apply eyeliner properly, you can easily work wonders for not just your eyes but your overall facial look.

It doesn’t matter whether you want to use the pencil eyeliner or liquid eyeliner, because what matters most is how neatly and how well are you able to use it to enhance the beauty of your eyes.

Here are some tips on how to get the best results with eyeliner.

1. At the time of application, gently pull the corner of your eye to stretch the eyelids. This will help you in drawing straight and smooth lines along the eyelashes.

2. Even though eyeliner as are easily available in a wide variety of shades, black and brown are still the most preferred eyeliner shades.

3. Hold the pencil at an angle, with the tip pointing towards the inner corner of the eye, as this allows for a better view in the mirror besides keeping your hand steady.

4. Dust some lose face powder or sheer on the eyelids to work up a smoother base for the eyeliner application. Also, this little trick will help in holding the eyeliner in place for a longer duration and in preventing the eyeliner from smudging.

5. If you’re planning to curl your eyelashes, do that before applying the eyeliner or else the whole affair will turn a bit messy.

6. For an effortless way to add extra charm to your eyes you can rim your eyes with a white eye pencil, as this trick helps in making the white portion of the eye seem virtually bigger. Even a beige pencil would work equally well.

7. Avoid making the tip of the eyeliner pencil too sharp, not just because it can cause damage to your eyes but also because with a softer tip the color flows easily, which allows you to create even and smooth lines.

How to take care of your bust

Women’s breasts have always been an object of desire and passionate discussion. There are various opinions on what’s the best breast size – big or small, but one thing is for sure: good looking breasts are the ones that are taken good care of. To take good care of your bust means to keep it firm and perky, with no sign of sagging. Gravity is the main enemy of breasts, especially big ones. However, there are a few things you can do to minimize damage caused by gravity and age. Here we offer some advice on how to take care of your bust. Stick to these simple rules and you’ll have beautiful breasts for quite a long time.

1. Keep a healthy weight.

Nothing affects the bust more than weight change. Avoid those diets that promise miraculous weight loss; it’s most likely to gain it again faster than you expect. But that’s not the worst thing about these diets. Losing weight fast make your breasts sag.

2. The most effective weapon against gravity is the right bra.

Be very careful when buying a bra. It may look gorgeous on the mannequin, but there’s no guarantee it will look good on you too. Moreover, and more important – it might not be comfortable enough. Make sure the bra you buy does a good job – to support and protect your bust. Women with larger breasts need a bra with stronger straps which can take some extra weight. Women wearing smaller sizes tend to buy padded bras, because they make their breasts look bigger. Padded bras, however, don’t allow the skin to breath, so it’s better to wear such lingerie on special occasions. An enhancer bra is a good choice for every-day wear. Also keep in mind that your bust changes with time and weight and the bras you’re used to buy, at a certain point may not work for you anymore.

3. Having a good posture is a must if you want good-looking breasts.

Standing up straight not only makes your bust look bigger and firmer, it pulls breast muscles and gives them more support. To keep these muscles in shape, you can also do specific exercise. To fix any posture problems, consult with a chiropractor and take the proper actions. This may mean to join a fitness program or start practicing the proper sport.

4. And talking about bras and exercise…

When practicing intensive activities such as running, jogging, tennis, aerobics, etc., always wear a sports bra. Without wearing proper underwear you help sagging a lot. Studies have shown that sagging is 40% less with women wearing a regular bra and 78% less with women wearing a sports one. So what’s the conclusion? The right bra is essential if you want a beautiful and firm bust.

5. Dry skin.

The breasts and the d?collet? often suffer from fehydration, because women neglect these parts of the body when applying a moisturizer. The bust and the surrounding skin also need special care – apply a moisturizer regularly to preserve skin’s youth and elasticity. Remember, we fight sagging here!

6. Last but not least – health.

Examine your breasts regularly to keep track of any abnormalities. We advice you to choose a date that concurs with regular hormonal changes: ovulation, menstruation, etc, and go to check up at the same date in different months. You can also do some examinations while in the shower: raise one arm and use the other to examine the breast under the lifted arm. link...

How to get sexy summer look in 5 minutes

I am always on the run, especially in summer, so I’ve made up my signature summer look. It’s sexy, stylish and easy to do in 4 simple steps for just 5 minutes. Here’s how.

STEP 1Skin prep

My face is beautifully tanned and I enjoy it to the maximum by only applying my daily moisturizer, skipping foundation. If you can’t afford to skip foundation, go for a light liquid formula or even better tinted moisturizer. Ideally these should be with shimmering particles to reflect sunlight and a shade or two darker than your natural skin tone.

STEP 2 Face

I use bronzing pearls instead of loose or compact powder. Pearls are ideal for sculpting the face and giving it a natural healthy glow. I’ll share a little trick about them. Pearls usually come in at least three shades in the pot – bronze, copper and gold. I have taken out almost all of the gold pearls and have put them in a separate pot. You might use any used up cosmetic pot you have at hand.

I dip the large powder brush in the dark pearls and sweep it all over my face, starting from the apples of my cheeks, then cheeks, temples and finally T-zone. I apply them on neck, decolte, cleavage and shoulders as they are exposed as well.

Next I dip the round blush brush in the gold pearls to use them as highlighter. I apply it on areas that are naturally sun-kissed: T-zone – center of forehead, nose and chin; triangles under the eyes, just above the cheekbones, center of neck and drawing a V on cleavage.

STEP 3 Eyes

I keep my eyes simple, yet sexy. I use eye pencil in olive color to outline my upper and lower eyelids, making the line thicker at the outer corners and lightly smudge it for a tender smoky effect. I prefer olive to black or brown, as it is dark enough to enhance any eye color, yet not too dark to look overdone and aggressive. Moreover olive makes all eyes look mysterious and exotic.

Then I again use my gold pearls, this time as eye shadow. With the base eye shadow brush I apply the gold dust on the brow bone, just under the eyebrows and on inner corners of eyes.

I finish with two layers of my favorite black volume mascara.

STEP 4Lips

As eyes are usually hidden behind dark shades, lips are key to the look, so I play with them every time. I prefer lip gloss to lipstick. Sometimes I only apply nude shimmering lip gloss for fresh everyday look. Other times I go for brightest colors like orange, coral, fuchsia, red. These usually match some of my accessories like necklace, scarf, sandals, hat, bag or simply my playful mood!

It all takes 2 minutes for face, 2 minutes for eyes and a minute for lips – 5 minutes total. Am now ready to go and enjoy the rest of the summer days as long as possible. Are you following? link...

How To Get Rid Of Wrinkles

Well, it is a known and proven fact that people want to look younger than their actual age. A wrinkled face does not look good, impressive and unattractive and it looks older. The spark is found to be missing which normally a wrinkle free face has. For the people of age groups after 50`s and 60`s wrinkles are common and it is due to normal aging process but if some younger person has wrinkles it is due to poor maintenance of skin.

Before I move ahead let’s discuss some causes of wrinkles. Researches done by researchers have found that these unwanted fine lines or wrinkles are attributed because of many factors such as hormonal imbalance, smoking, exposure to sun excessively which leads to loss of collagen and elastin.

Now let`s discuss some natural methods to get rid off wrinkles. One way of getting rid of these wrinkles is to buy some high quality Best Wrinkle Cream or anti wrinkle cream. Before you buy them you must check its ingredients such as Cynergy TK, Nano Lipobelle HEQ10 and Phytessence Wakame. If they did not have these ingredients then you must consult some dermatologist who can really guide you in a better way.

Another method of getting sparking attractive and wrinkle free face is use of Ayurvedic products of India which uses only natural products such as haldi, chandan (sandalwood), tulsi etc. as the list of such items is quite long.

To get skin`s firmness, glow and elasticity the ingredients mentioned above are very useful. I hope when you are going to buy anti skin product you would keep in mind the above some points. Moreover if you keep good care of your face and skin the wrinkles will not come as early as in normal case. So you must use products made of milk such as curd, butter etc. In the end I would recommend that try using natural products and you will have always a good wrinkle free skin. link...

Types of Acne

Zits, Pimples and Blemishes are usually the worst experience of a victim. These also prove to be a nasty site for the onlooker. Usually all of these look exactly like one another but in reality there are a lot of different species of these. So you should pay attention to the type before getting some cream or other medical solution.

The first are the commonly known blackheads. These have a wider opening than usual. Inside of them are sebum that is an oily secretion and dead skin cells. The black stuff at top is made of the dead skin cells and is the cause for its name.

The second type is the Whiteheads. These are based under the skin. These also contain sebum and dead skin cells but due to a tiny opening these don’t turn black and thus are called Whiteheads.

Third comes the Papules. These are small red and pink bumps on the skin. These contain bacteria, sebum and dead skin cells. Squeezing them out is not a good idea so you should take care of that too. They heal by themselves so playing with them isn’t the best option.

Fourth is the advanced form of the Papules. This in appearance is of red color. The top is of brownish color. These can be treated with a benzyl peroxide cream and cleansers but again don’t try to break them.

The fifth are Nodules. These are painful and solid pimples. These are able to penetrate far into the skin. Popping them is very dangerous because it can cause serious infection. The most advanced stage OD Acne is Cysts. These are painful, deep and pus filled. Cysts while travelling to the surface can damage skin tissues.

So these are all the types of Acne you should know of. So happy skin protecting! link...

Beauty Diet

Your diet contributes a great deal towards making you beautiful. Therefore eating a proper healthy diet is important to keep looking beautiful. Given below are a number of food items that you should include in your beauty diet.
Almonds: These nuts are known for their anti-aging properties. They contain a lot of vitamin E and have a high amount of fatty acids that help to keep your skin supple. Almonds also contain antioxidant selenium. Do not too many of them as they will add calories. A handful is enough.
Protein: To keep nails strong and moisturized by eating plenty of protein. Protein helps in the build up of keratin. Keratin is the substance that makes up nails. Skinless, boneless chicken breast, lean turkey, tuna and beans are rich in proteins.
Vitamin B: Food that is rich in vitamin B makes your hair shiny. Important sources of this vitamin are eggs, milk, green vegetables and poultry. Silica is important to keep your hair elastic, shiny and healthy. Raw oats, cucumber skin, onions and bean sprouts are rich in this mineral.
Fish: Eating oily fish like salmon that contain omega-3 fatty acids will help hydrating and nourishing skin.
Zinc and Calcium: Both these minerals help in eradicating pimples. Zinc is found in oysters, turkey, seafood, eggs and milk. Calcium is no doubt good for your bones, but helps in clearing your skin too. Calcium rich foods like skim milk, low-fat cheese and yogurt. These foods not only remove pimples but reduce wrinkles as well.
Vitamin C: Vitamin C helps in the build up of collagen, which reduces wrinkles. When your skin has more collagen your skin retains its elasticity and wrinkles take longer to form. Kiwi fruit is the best source of vitamin C. Other good sources are oranges, mango, honeydew and papaya.
Vitamin E: Vitamin E is known to ease the swelling and redness associated with sunburns. Swelling causes the stretching of skin that in turns leads to wrinkle formation. Eat plenty of peaches and blueberries to increase the build up of vitamin E in your body.
Vitamin C and Iron: Vitamin C and iron together help to reduce the dark circles under your eyes. Eat skinless chicken and red, yellow and orange peppers. These are rich in both and will help in reducing dark circles.
Water: Drink as much as water as you can. Water removes the toxins from the body and refreshes your skin and makes in glow. Water hydrates your skin and keeps it supple.
Tomatoes: Tomatoes contains skin-caner-fighting antioxidants: beta-carotene, vitamin C and lycopene. Eat tomatoes in any form and you will ingest these antioxidants. To increase the body's absorption of lycopene cook tomatoes in a little olive oil.
Apples and Celery: To remove stain from the enamel of your teeth eat crunchy foods like apples and celery. link...
